Here’s how it works:

  • As a Tidal Wave Club member you can wash your vehicle once a day, every day, seven days a week for an incredibly low price. No more worry about rain, birds, trees, or even driving through a mud puddle… Can’t be any easier than that!
  • Once you become a Tidal Wave Club Member, we will put a nontransferable sticker on your windshield to identify your vehicle. This will allow you to drive through once a day, every day for a wash.
  • Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged each month on your anniversary date. NO contract, you can cancel at any time, just visit one of our sites.
  • Each membership is limited to one car and is not transferable to other cars. If you purchase a new car or wish to switch membership to that vehicle, you can do that by visiting one of our sites.

When adding another vehicle to your Unlimited Club Plan, you will save $5 monthly. The first vehicle in the plan will be charged full price and each additional vehicle will be charged a discounted price per month of $5.

How do I sign up?

Visit any one of our Tidal Wave Auto Spa locations and an attendant can assist you or it can be done at our Xpress Pay Terminal.

How do I pay for my Tidal Wave Club Plan?

Each month, on the anniversary date of your club enrollment a charge will be made to the credit / debit card you designated during the enrollment process. Credit card is secure and processed electronically, no one has access to information.

How often can I wash my vehicle?

Once a day, every day of the week if you would like.

Where can I use my Club Membership?

At any Tidal Wave Auto Spa location. See our locations page.

How do I discontinue my plan?

Visit any Tidal Wave location and see an attendant. No refunds are given when discontinuing, you will continue to receive washes until the day before your billing anniversary date. Plan can be cancelled at any time, for any reason.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes, see an attendant at the office and they can assist you.

Is a Fast Pass Tag required?

A tag is required to attach to the vehicle on the driver’s side front window.

Replacement of Fast Pass Tag?

New car or window replaced, no problem! See attendant and they can replace it for you.

What if I get a new credit card?

It can be updated on your next visit, just see an attendant.
