The Giveaway winner will be selected at random from all current members of the “Tidal Wave Clean Club” who are a legal resident of Georgia, South Carolina, Western North Carolina (including Winston Salem, Greensboro and Charlotte), Alabama, Mississippi, or Tennessee and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (except employees of Atlanta National League Baseball Club, LLC, Braves Stadium Company, LLC, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities). Travel and accommodations are not provided. The Winner is responsible for all costs of travel to and from the event and any necessary accommodations. The Winners will be notified by TIDAL WAVE by phone and/or email (as selected by Sponsor). If a Winner fails to respond to TIDAL WAVE and/or fails to provide the required Statement of Eligibility and Publicity Release (“Verification Statement”) within 48 (forty-eight) hours of such notification, the prize will be forfeited and TIDAL WAVE may, in its discretion, choose an alternate Winner by random drawing. TIDAL WAVE decisions as to the administration and operation of the Giveaway and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
