Available positions will be listed on the Tidal Wave career page. Roles may include Attendant, Team Lead, and leadership positions, depending on the needs of the site.
Your pay will remain the same. Schedules are determined by role and business needs and will be discussed with you during the hiring process so you can make an informed decision before accepting a position.
Team members are paid weekly. The pay period runs from Thursday through Wednesday, with paychecks issued on Friday.
Eligible team members earn commission based on established commission tiers. Commissions are paid on the same paycheck in which the sale is made.
Tidal Wave offers competitive benefits, including PTO and holiday pay for all team members, as well as medical insurance, retirement, and supplemental benefits for eligible team members.
If selected, you will conditional offer the day of the interview pending the successful completion of the background check and drug screen.
