All unlimited packages and plans are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. Unlimited Club members may wash their vehicle as often as once a day, every day of the month.
Tidal Wave Unlimited Club membership will remain in effect until you give cancellation notice. To allow processing time, all changes must be made at least 7 business days prior to recharge date. Club members can manage their plans by visiting a Tidal Wave Auto Spa, online at https://www.tidalwaveautospa.com/ , or calling Customer Service 706-938-0991.
No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations.
Either Club member or Tidal Wave Auto Spa can cancel the plan at any time for any reason by notifying the other party.
The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the enrollment (anniversary) date, but occasionally the charge may process several days earlier or later. For example, if a monthly charge fails to process for any reason, Tidal Wave Auto Spa reserves the right to retry such monthly charge until such time as the monthly charge processes.
Tidal Wave Auto Spa reserves the right to terminate membership at any time that the charge is declined in the credit card processing system.
Circumstances such as equipment failure, maintenance, upgrades, power outages, inclement weather and other events may affect availability of services. Tidal Wave Auto Spa reserves the right to close locations for holidays.
Tidal Wave Auto Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel Tidal Wave Unlimited Car Wash Club plan(s) or membership at any time.
Monthly rates may be increased with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.
A Tidal Wave Unlimited Club membership is NOT transferable from one vehicle to another. If you get a new vehicle, please stop by Tidal Wave Auto Spa and ask a team member to update your membership.
Unlimited Club membership is for one vehicle only and Club member sticker MUST remain attached to the vehicle on file for this plan.

Tidal Wave Auto Spa reserves the right to terminate Unlimited accounts at any time for abuse and /or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.
Promotional offers may be offered occasionally. These promotional offers are valid one time per account. If an account is re-enrolled at the promotional rate, it will not be guaranteed an additional period of promotional pricing. Regular rates will apply.
