The credit or debit card used when you join the Unlimited Wash Club will be charged monthly on the anniversary date. If you purchase an Unlimited Wash Club online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash to pick up your Club sticker.

You can use your exterior Unlimited Wash Club Plan at any Tidal Wave Auto Spa location. Please note that Club Plans with interior services are available only at select locations.
When you purchase an Unlimited Wash membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print out or on your phone) along with your credit or debit card* at your local Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and a team member will affix your Club sticker to your vehicle windshield.
*Please note that the credit or debit card presented at Tidal Wave when you pick up your Club sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.
You can discontinue your plan online or visit your local Tidal Wave Auto Spa and speak with a team member. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.
An Unlimited Wash Club Plan is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit a Tidal Wave Auto Spa to get your Club sticker updated.
Yes. When you join the Unlimited Wash Club, a small RFID tag about the size of a stick of gum will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.
Got a new car or had a window replaced? No problem! See an attendant at your nearest location and they can replace it for you.
It’s helpful to provide the 11-digit number on the Club sticker on your windshield (format such as 12345+123456) but not required. Visit Manage My Plan.
In order to allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.

There are three common causes of error messages.
- You don’t have the correct club number (an 11-digit number found on the sticker on your windshield).
- Your Club Membership recharge is already in progress.
- You have a Family Unlimited Wash Club plan.
