Unlimited Clean Club Membership

Visit any Tidal Wave Auto Spa or purchase online. Select the Wash level you want and pay with a credit or debit card.

The credit or debit card used when you join the Unlimited Wash Club will be charged monthly on the anniversary date. If you purchase an Unlimited Wash Club online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash to pick up your Club sticker.

You can wash once a day, every day that our sites are open.

You can use your exterior Unlimited Clean Club membership at any Tidal Wave Auto Spa location. Please note that Unlimited Clean Club memberships with interior services are available only at select locations.

When you purchase an Unlimited Clean Club membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (printed out or on your phone) along with your credit or debit card* at your local Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and a team member will affix your Club sticker to your vehicle windshield.

*Please note that the credit or debit card presented at Tidal Wave when you pick up your Clean Club sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.

An Unlimited Car Wash Club Plan is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit a Tidal Wave Auto Spa to get your Club sticker updated.

Yes. When you join the Unlimited Car Wash Club, a small RFID tag about the size of a stick of gum will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.

Got a new car or had a window replaced? No problem! See an attendant at your nearest location and they can replace it for you.

You can discontinue your plan online or visit your local Tidal Wave Auto Spa and speak with a team member. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.

You can talk with a Team Member at your local Tidal Wave Auto Spa or update your card information online now.

It’s helpful to provide the 11-digit number on the Club sticker on your windshield (format such as 12345+123456) but not required. Visit Manage My Plan.

In order to allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.

No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.

We would be happy for you to return as an Unlimited Wash Club member. Simply visit your local Tidal Wave Auto Spa or re-enroll online now.

There are three common causes of error messages.

  1. You don’t have the correct club number (an 11-digit number found on the sticker on your windshield).
  2. Your Club Membership recharge is already in progress.
  3. You have a Family Unlimited Wash Club plan.

In any of these cases, please visit your local Tidal Wave Auto Spa or contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Fundraising

Every organization that is approved for the program can participate as often as they would like.

Digital fundraisers can start as quickly as the following day. Fundraisers with paper coupons take 5-10 business days from the day the coupon quantity is confirmed. Please visit our fundraising page for more information.

Single washes purchased via your organization’s fundraising will expire 90 days after the purchase date for digital coupons. Paper coupons expire in 12 months. 

Single washes purchased via your organization fundraiser are valid at all Tidal Wave Auto Spa locations

Fleet

Tidal Wave Auto Spa offers a variety of plans to meet the specific needs of your business. Visit the fleet section of the website, email us at fleet@tidalwaveautospa.com or call us at 706-481-2629.

Simply pull up, scan your pass, and you are on your way!

You can cancel at any time! There is no contract to sign and no long term obligation. We do not refund unused prepaid washes and you can continue to wash until you run out of washes.

Donations

We are happy to give back to the communities we serve. Please visit here and fill out the donation form for consideration. We ask for all requests to be made 30 days prior to the event. To qualify the organization must be a nonprofit organization (501c3), athletic or booster club, church, school, or service organization. All requests will be reviewed but not every request fulfilled.

Vehicle Restrictions

The safety of our customers and team members is our top priority. In addition, we strive to protect your vehicle and our wash equipment. We safely wash thousands of vehicles daily but there are some vehicles and features that we cannot wash, and certain vehicle features that we are not responsible for.

RESTRICTIONS

  • Vehicles with height greater than 7’
  • Vehicles wider than 80” from insider driver side tire to outside of passenger side tire
  • Trucks with beds containing fuel tanks
  • Trucks with uncovered beds that are not completely empty and free of debris
  • Vehicles with dual rear tires
  • Vehicles with permanently affixed tripod style mirrors
  • Full-size Hummers, Ford Raptor, Nissan NV
  • 2010 and newer Ford SHO’s
  • Vehicles with ladders / ladder racks
  • Vehicles that sit 5” or lower to the ground
  • Vehicles with rear-mounted racks such as bike racks, mobility vehicle racks
  • Vehicles with excessive mud
  • Vehicles with flaking rust or perforated body panels
  • Other vehicles at Site Leader’s discretion

OUR WASH IS VERY SAFE; HOWEVER, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Open or leaking windows
  • Antennas that are not lowered or removed including shark fin antennas
  • Vehicle badging or emblems
  • Wheel covers or center caps
  • After-market accessories
  • Magnetic decals or stickers
  • Moon roofs, sunroofs, bug shields, window shields
  • Vehicle molding
  • Non-factory installed items including paint
  • Collisions due to braking, steering, or driving in car wash tunnel
  • Pre-existing damage and vehicles 10 years or older
  • Paint, Clear coat & pin striping
  • Electrical or mechanical issues

We safely wash both hard-top and soft-top convertibles every day. We do suggest you consult your owner’s manual for any specific guidance about washing your particular make and model. If you have any additional questions about washing your vehicle, please speak with one of our team members before you purchase a wash.

General

No. We use a brushless system that is effective at removing dirt. Our spinning wraps are made with hand-cut cloth strips that are gentle on your cars surface. And we use eco-friendly, pH balanced soaps to get your car clean without harming the paint.

First you will be greeted by an attendant where they will prep the front and back of your car for the wash. Then a Team Member  will guide you into the car wash conveyor. Once in position, you’ll put your car in neutral, take your foot off the brake and hands off the wheel. Your car will be guided on our conveyor through multiple stages of treatments, rinses and coatings to get your car cleaned, shined and dried.

Yes, we offer a complimentary interior cleaning stations that have powerful vacuums, cleaning solution and cleaning cloths so you can get the inside clean to match the outside.

Please return to the car wash location of your last visit and notify a wash attendant to start a damage claim.

Our wash isn’t touchless but is equipped with state of the art equipment including brushes created of technical materials specifically designed to gently cleanse vehicles. We safely wash hundreds of cars and trucks every day

We accept credit and debit cards. We no longer accept cash at any of our locations.

In an effort to make the Tidal Wave experience easier and safer for our customers, we are no longer accepting cash payments.
